This time we’re bringing you a calming indoor mindful yoga movement session 🧘🏻♀️ paired with a creative Mandala Art workshop 🎨 — a perfect blend to relax, recharge, and reconnect with your inner self. 🌿 What’s included: ✔️ All art materials provided ✔️ Refreshing beverages ✔️ 3 hours of mindful movement + creativity Schedule of the session 1️⃣ Ayurvedic Prakriti Analysis (30 mins) – Discover your unique body–mind constitution and learn what to do and what to avoid for better health. 2️⃣ Gentle Yoga Movement flow (1 hour) – A therapeutic session combining mindful postures, breathwork, and relaxation. 3️⃣ Mandala Art Session (1.5 hours) – Create your own mandala artwork with provided art materials (printouts & color pencils). A space to relax, reflect, and express creativity. A fusion of Ayurveda, Yoga, and Art designed to heal, balance, and inspire. Conducted by Ayurvedic Doctors
