Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login and QR code.
Use of Platform
You may not use EventHappens for illegal, misleading, or harmful purposes.
Organizer Listings
Event listings must be accurate and must not include false advertising. We reserve the right to remove listings that violate our standards.
Reward Draws
Winners are selected randomly, with higher odds based on earned points. Misuse or fraud (e.g., fake QR scans) will disqualify users.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and branding belong to EventHappens.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate any account that violates our terms.
Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use means acceptance of the changes.
Refund Policy
At EventHappens, all payments made for event listings, quest participation, or subscription services are non-refundable.
By completing a payment, you agree to our no-refund policy, which applies to:
- Event organizer and venue subscription fees
- Payments for QR scanner access
- Any promotional or digital service provided on our platform
