You need an organizer account. When you sign up on EventHappens, choose account type Organizer (not a standard attendee-only profile). Organizer accounts unlock the dashboard where you can create and manage event listings and venue pages. If you already registered with the wrong account type, contact us via WhatsApp or the form and we can help.

How do I list an event after I am an organizer?

Sign in with your organizer account, open your organizer dashboard, and use the option to create or submit an event. Add dates, description, images, ticket or entry details, and venue information. Some listings may be reviewed before they go live. For verification or bulk listings, message us and we will guide you.

How do I add or update a venue listing?

Venue listings also require an organizer account with account type Organizer. From your organizer dashboard, use the venue tools to add a new venue or update an existing profile (address, photos, capacity, contact). If a venue should be claimed or merged with a duplicate, contact us with links and details.

Browsing events and venues on EventHappens is free for visitors. Ticket pricing, if any, is set by the event organizer or venue and is shown on the event page.

EventHappens helps you discover events; ticketing and refunds are handled by the organizer or their ticketing partner shown on the event page. For cancellation or refund questions, contact the organizer using the details on that listing.

Use the contact form or WhatsApp and include a link to the event or venue plus what needs correcting. We will forward it to the organizer when possible or update public details we control.
